Born and raised in Union County, Shelley knows the local market inside and out. She lives on a 100-acre farm near Richwood with her husband, Lynn. Together they own 13 investment properties, giving her valuable firsthand experience in real estate investing, property management, financing, and contract negotiation.

Shelley and Lynn have two married sons and four wonderful grandchildren. When she’s not serving clients, she enjoys spending time outdoors with family—hunting, fishing, swimming, and caring for their farm and animals.
