Union County–Marysville to Launch Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy

You are cordially invited to join us for the official launch of the Union County–Marysville Economic Development Strategy (EDS), developed in partnership with Boyette Strategic Advisors (BSA).

This comprehensive strategy is the result of extensive research, stakeholder engagement, and community input.  It provides a clear, data-driven roadmap to strengthen Union County and Marysville’s economic competitiveness, support business retention and expansion, attract targeted industry sectors, and prepare sites and infrastructure for future investment.  During the development of the EDS, BSA met with over 100 stakeholders, community leaders, citizens, and received over 1,700 survey responses.  The plan also outlines priorities around workforce development, housing, placemaking, and regional collaboration—ensuring our community is positioned for sustainable, long-term growth.

During the event, we will share key findings from the analysis, highlight strategic initiatives and implementation priorities, and discuss how public and private partners can work together to move these efforts forward.
