Flu Clinic Schedule

Flu shots for individuals age 12 years and older are available Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8-9am and 3-4pm. No appointment is needed for this walk-in clinic. Children age 6 months through 18 years can receive a flu vaccination during our weekly Wednesday child immunization clinic. Appointments are required for the child immunization clinic. Flu Vaccines Available at the Clinics:

• Nasal Spray (approved for ages 2-49 yrs., healthy, non-pregnant)
• Injectable Flu Shot (approved for ages 6 mos & older)
• High Dose Flu Shot (approved for ages 65 yrs. & older)

 Cost for adults age 19 years and older:

• $25 for Flu Shot
• $25 for Flu Nasal Spray
• $35 for High Dose Flu Shot (approved for ages 65 yrs. & older)

Cost for children ages 6 months through 18 years:

• $10/dose for Flu Shot or FluMist

Medicare Part B and Medicaid accepted.  Some private Insurance can be billed.  Additional $5 per shot is required for non-Union County residents.  Sliding fee scale available.  Call 937-642-2053 for more information.
